These Terms govern your use of the Habit Mosaic app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
The App stores your data locally on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any data you create. Deleting the App deletes its data. We have no copy of and no access to your data.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Habit Mosaic is a personal habit-tracking tool for general motivation and organization. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App.
The App, its name, design, and content are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights to you.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will revise the date above when we do.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
